This spacious and spotless loft style apartment, 110 metres square, is situated in ‘the frigos’, an artists heritage listed building housing studios and living space for architects, photographers, musicians and especially, visual artists. A bohemian atmosphere prevails with neighbours, and there is a concierge, security front door and elevator.

The apartment features all new appliances including dishwater and washing machine, two telephones, DVD, video, stereo. In addition, a complete office area with high speed broadband internet access, Pentium processor computer with English keyboard and multi functional printer/scanner/copier. The apartment sleeps up to 6 with a queen sized bed in the bedroom plus double beds in the mezzanine loft and main living area.
All linen is provided with extra blankets and quilts if required. The well equipped kitchen includes electric stove, microwave oven, cooking utensils, fondue maker, etc. Contemporary paintings adorn the walls. A selection of novels, art books, extensive DVD collection is provided, along with guide books, maps and tourist information.
Price: €880 per week, €2200 for three weeks and €2600 for a month (max).
