An Endless Horizon

In his solo exhibition, An Endless Horizon, Sydney-based photographer Matthew James seeks to overcome the limitations of frame lines to present visions of the ocean that include an immersive, peripheral view. Working to breach the divide between viewer, photographer and subject, the artist presents a series of panoramic seascapes that stretch beyond the confines of the frame and draw the viewer in closer.
